1. The customer finds our company on TM and asks whether we can make plastic products. According to the customer's requirements, the company information and related product pictures are provided respectively. Later, the customer asked if he had done the ear scoop, although he had not done it, but he also said that he had done it, because the product is not difficult, we are completely confident.
2. During the conversation, the guest repeatedly asked whether it is possible to do it and whether it can achieve the effect they want. Judge the customer to be cautious. Countermeasures: ① Based on the establishment time of the company, tell the customer that our company is reliable; ② provide product physical pictures, so that the customer can refer to the quality; ③ ask the customer what is the concern
3. The customer finally confirmed to make two products. The manual quotation is $100 for each product, the mold fee is $2600, and the unit price is $0.8. According to the customer's feedback, the unit price is much higher than that of other companies, which is about $0.6. After run-through, the final unit price is $0.7.
4. Because the customer was worried about the quality, he first made a small peach and took pictures to confirm that the coloring process was indeed much better than that of other factories (blue), and finally confirmed that the whole project could be done.
1. In the subsequent cooperation projects, I learned that the client was the boss of the company, and every time a new supplier was developed, she personally approached the cooperation matters of the first order. No matter whether we know the real identity of the other party at the beginning or not, we need to actively respond (quick reply + detailed communication). If there is something unclear, we need to ask it clearly, and we have to pretend to understand it. Most of the time, customers are afraid that the details are not communicated clearly, resulting in mistakes and project delays, rather than worrying about whether we ask a few questions.
2. We can make some products, but they are not specified by customers. If they want pictures, you can find pictures online; If they ask for a physical object, you can tell the client that this product was made several years ago, because the number of new products are developed every year, the office is also regularly cleaned, but there are similar (we do) can provide.
3. According to the conversation between the two parties, we need to understand the customer's concerns: price, quantity, quality or whatever, and then address them accordingly. At the same time, it can give new customers preferential programs and quality assurance, etc., enhance the determination of customers to place orders.
