We replied that we could do it and sent a lot of our ready-made pictures, and then asked me to provide Disney FAMA. During this period, there have been other inquiries, but they have not been finalized. Later, we asked for the toad popcorn bucket, and we chose between our company and the customer's old supplier, and the price was updated many times. But in the end, because our factory's quotation was too high, we gave it to the old supplier. I repeatedly checked with the factory and provided the general disassembly plan and delivery time, and finally accepted the order of 10,000 quantity which was originally expected to increase to 50,000 quantity according to the customer's price.
During the negotiation, the payment method was mentioned, because it was the first time for the cooperative factory to collect the payment before arranging the proofing, etc. Later, the customer mentioned that the project was urgent and the company generally only arranged the payment on Thursday or Friday every week, so the factory was asked to make accommodation.
1. If the customer repeatedly asks us to confirm the price, it means that they already have lower prices from other factories (fixed old suppliers), but they want to try to do it for us, so in this case, they need to explain the situation to the factory. For the customers who cooperate for the first time and it is a solid order, they should try their best to meet the customer's target price and get the first project first. By the quality of the trial order to seize customers, with the trial order to compare the quality and service will have more opportunities to do other projects.
2. The payment method can be flexibly communicated and adjusted according to the specific situation, not static, but can not be blindly satisfied, should be based on the requirements of the customer to put forward the corresponding time to pay off within this time, such as before sending samples.

At the beginning, the customer only asked us whether we could make customized products on Ali, but did not provide the design for the time being. Later, he asked us to provide the catalog and Disney certificate for approval reference. After the approval, we sent the design drawing of PU material to ask whether it could be made. At first, the factory recommended the TPR material that our factory could make and sent the video for reference, but the customer later told us that we needed the slow rebound effect and sent the sample for reference. So we updated the price according to the PU material and sent some videos and samples of the slow rebound products made before for reference. The feedback received by the customer is not good, the rebound speed is too fast, so we are worried that we can not meet.
Since this product is made by a supplier from a foreign factory, I found a supplier that can meet the slow rebound effect and provided samples with similar rebound speed for the customer's reference, and informed him that the rebound speed can be adjusted to achieve the softness and hardness, or the material can be changed to achieve the slow rebound. The customer felt Ok after receiving the sample, so he successfully won the order.
During this period, because of the first contact with PU material products, there were many problems :1. Unable to mold, the shape needed to be changed (the shape was changed and sent to the customer for confirmation and approval). I explained the specific situation to the customer, and the customer showed understanding. 2. Due to the poor stability of PU products, in order to spray oil and foam effect is good, it can not be too soft, and complex modeling is difficult to foam, so the final feel is hard 3. Due to the unreliable supplier, the mold and bulk delivery time were relatively long, but the period was just during the epidemic period, so some reasons were used to delay the delivery time, and the customer did not complain.
1. When talking with customers, we need to understand their concerns, such as quality, effect, delivery time or price, solve them step by step, and try to provide samples or videos that can meet their needs. If there are no samples, we can inform them that the differences can be improved by changing materials or other methods to eliminate their concerns.
2. To find suppliers carefully, to find reliable and have done more relatively complex products suppliers do. Because the technology of many factories is not mature enough to consider the problems that will occur in the later products, the final product of these three products has a lot of trachomat and the feel is not particularly good.
3. For the products that you do not know, you need to find the supplier in advance to understand the general process and confirm the details. It is best to visit the factory and ask the other side to provide some relevant samples to check the quality and ability.
